We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If anything isn't right, we'll make it right — here's exactly how.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. Once an order has been handed to our delivery rider or courier it can no longer be cancelled — though the protections below still apply. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference.
Our products are food items. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products once they have been opened or once the seal is broken, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your protections for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders below.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if items are missing or your order does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order reference and, where relevant, a photo. We will make it right — your choice of a replacement or a full or partial refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card or ABA) through our payment provider, ABA PayWay. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
